Acting local, thinking global
Following up from my yesterday's article, I felt it was not complete; Global governance relies on a managerial structure to function or else it fails.
IMHO, I think the way to outcompete and defeat global governance is by acting local.
To tackle a gargantuan global alliance like the ones in control of our policies will be almost impossible as we-the public, do not possess the fortitude, commitment and financial resources to challenge the existing structures. Hence, the only solution will be to decouple from the source, decentralize, form small units that caters for subsistence farming and remain local.
Once folks hear local, it does not compute to the smoothie drinking, Google maps directing Uber hoping mind (I type this with a view of the Dubai Marina, while fueling with black coffee-local would seem like an alien concept in this place). Sounds difficult and a implies a ton of work (nothing good comes easy), rural and conjures backwardness but I would wager that this will be the lifestyle most people would want to live in our near future (wanna bet?). The moment it dawns on many that our current trajectory is leading to dystopia and tyranny, many would begin to dream of a traditional life which I fear might be too late. A life comprised of scaling down and out of cities would be the latest trend, while minimal reliance on supply chain processes and technologies would be the next best thing to seek solace from as everything will be overly technological and too mechanical.
Since the human behavior is not known to be 100% predictable, it would be a form of hell to live in a society where everything is statistically controlled and managed.
The patterns are showing we will kick back against this but the logical solution will be to form local structures such as the one described above, which would give any managerial process or technocrats a tough time to permeate, steer and ultimately control. The beauty of a acting local and thinking globally, is that one is truly free in ones mind, spirit and body.
A separation from the corrupt state, church, institutions and the current climate of cultural degeneracy is the only way I perceive we can help solve this quagmire. It is the only alternative I can perceive to the oncoming neofeudal system.
But for now, our initial goal is to make sure we don't get corrupted so we cannot relent on outside the box thinking and the quest of finding the right crowd.
Difficult task, yes however 100% achievable.
Life is difficult and the journey is what gives it meaning.
See you tomorrow!
