Do no harm is now outright HARM!
For me, everything takes a back seat if and when Dr. Jordan Peterson has wisdom to shed about an alarming socio-cultural issue we all have to confront sooner rather than later.
This time, he opines on the blatant butchery and lying by doctors and psychotherapists working in the medical profession together in concert with a political/globalists ideology that is leading many children into dystopia disguised as liberation. Although, he did not shine a light on the complicit educational institutions but in a subtle way, he is sounding an alarm to the parents of children and would-be parents.
Indeed, it makes one start to recognize the link and promotion of defective jabs (so called vaccines to be updated every other month called “boosters”), transgenderism (so called sexual liberation/LGBTQ+) and the drive towards Internet of Bodies (IoB).
In the video and corresponding article, Dr. Peterson gives a coherent argument on the medical, pharmaceutical industry and its drive towards transhumanism at large. He did not go as far as mentioning or linking it to the transhumanism ideology but it is evident through research and reading the writings of thinkers in this field, that this is where we are headed. One needs to only follow the rabbit hole.
LFG then!
Libby Emmons writing for Quillette in an article titled, The Transhumanism Revolution: Oppression Disguised as Liberation emphasizes that:
“The transhumanist push towards a reimagining of the human, humanity, and our shared future is a primary component of three growing cultural trends: artificial intelligence, human augmentation, and the transgender phenomenon. The means of effecting these transformative developments are entirely technical, and promise liberation from reproduction, liberation from disease and mortality, and liberation from the body itself.”
[..] “This is an idea that is advancing without a constituency. As long as transhumanists are the only ones focused on the issue, they can effect enormous changes in the absence of a large constituent base, because ethics conversations lag behind huge advancements in tech and identity politics.
But concerns we perceive to be on the fringes of culture, or esoteric and only vaguely relevant to some distant future, are in fact part of a giant ideological redefinition of humanity. If we do not attend to these debates and their implications, we are going to awaken one day to find that developments have overtaken us, that it’s too late, and that our bodies are of no importance. What we forget is that the mind must serve the humanity of the body—in suffering, joy, pleasure, pain, tickles, itches, even death. Without that submission, the mind is nothing but ego, without any checks on its power or influence. To be a mind without a body is to have no relationship to the physical world, and no stake in it. If we perceive ourselves and others to be disembodied minds piloting meat machines—bodies of mere matter that do not matter—what horror will we be capable of inflicting on the bodies of others? When we renounce our humanity, we forget what it means to inflict pain and to suffer.”
In addition, we peruse Martine Rothblatt’s 1995 book called From Transgender to Transhuman: A Manifesto on the Freedom of Form.
The main argument of the book claims that an acceptance of gender non-conformity is the first step toward embracing and securing rights for future cyborg humanoids.
A background on Martin Rothblatt (original name), he is the founder and “chairwoman” of the board of United Therapeutics, former CEO of GeoStar, and the creator of SiriusXM Satellite Radio. In 2018, he was the top earning CEO in the biopharmaceutical industry. Earlier in 1994, he came out as a transgender woman and changed his name to Martine Rothblatt. So you see there is a self serving agenda inherent in the book but lets carry on..
In the book, Rothblatt mentions strategies that must be implemented to dismantle the traditional notion of sex and gender, stating:
“Adopting educational curricula and entertainment programming that encourage the concept of self-defined sex and flexible gender behaviors.”
Isn’t this familiar with what we see in media and schools today?
Where there is an influx of “non-binary” teachers coming out to their elementary school students, groomer teachers making students pledge allegiance to the gay-pride flag, the unrelenting media worship of trans issue/"rights" coupled with the entertainment industry and finally, the absurd "cancelling" or arresting of anyone who speaks out against this agenda.
Rothblatt finally reveals the explosive detailing how transgenderism directly correlates, and will eventually lead to transhumanism:
“Will technology stop at transgenderism? If a century or so of technology has demolished millennia of absolute sexual duality, what might another few decades of exponentially growing technology do? Sex lies at the heart of biology, and yet in transcending biology, technology gave us an explosion of sexual identities. So, as technology continues to transcend biology, what next can we expect beyond the apartheid of sex? An explosion of human identities? The answer, in a word, is transhumanism.”
Finally, we get to the end of our rabbit hole journey by looking at a BBC TV series called Years and Years.
Set in the London between year 2024 - 2034, Stephen and Celeste, parents to a black girl named Bethany declares herself “transhuman” and wants to “live forever as digital information!”. In the series, Bethany receives a government-funded surgery that upgrades her eyes to cameras, and begins to transform into a cyborg superhero.
In conclusion, these are some of the many creeping ways that we are being programmed to accept this as the new normal.
It isn’t an overreach for Dr. Peterson to state that we are sacrificing our children on the altar of a brutal far-Left, some might say communist/totalitarian/technocratic ideology.
“We have crossed the line from ideological possession to active malevolence – and we are multiplying our sin by attributing our appalling actions to “compassion”. Heaven help us. Truly.”
I concur.
See you next week!
