This was slipped into the Russian sanctions bill on pages 19,20,21. It gives the President broad authority to sanction virtually anyone, anywhere in the world, whether they are connected to Russia or not. Interventionists at the State Department are doing the happy dance now.

While this fight/war is over a multipolar order vs western hegemony, with both Russia/China and US/NATO in respective sides. At the end of it all, we common people are stuck with a technocratic system designed to benefit global corporations, cue in CBDC’s.

Both sides are working with the globalists/central bankers. There are not offering any solutions but to expand power, continue the debt implosion and wipe out the middle class with endless quantitative easing (QE).
