I don't know who are the citizens or who voted for the country Klaus Schwab was representing at the G20 but it seems like other country representatives were willing to listen to what he had to say.
His whole spiel is that the entire world order needs a change (only the change, they prefer) while continuing to pontificate on the virtues of the "Great Reset" and the usefulness of crisis as a means to accomplish a "restructuring" of the current world order.
Talk about who needs change from who..
He said,
“If we look at all the challenges, we can speak about the multi crises, economic, political, social, ecological, and institutional crises,” Schwab said at the G20 summit. “But actually, what we have to confront is a deep systemic and structural restructuring of our world. And this will take some time and the world will look different after we have gone through this transition process.”
Lets be very clear, the restructuring that the WEF and Klaus Schwab obsesses over is a global socialist system based on his documented concepts of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the Shared Economy and Stakeholder Capitalism (corporate governance). He did not say much in terms of planning in his speech to the G20, but he does imply that while fragmentation is necessary, too much fragmentation could be troublesome.
In other words, controlled chaos is valuable to the globalist agenda, but uncontrolled chaos would be disastrous for them.
The merging of corporate power with government through “Public Private Partnerships.”
This is nothing but pure fascism at its most refined. There is nothing subtle about it.
