Sorry for the short entry today. Am extremely busy this week as the launch of JUJU NFT is happening this week!
So more bullish news on the NFT front for you;
As other cryptocurrency markets are in a downturn, NFTs is one area where there is an upside trajectory in the current marketplace with new buyers entering this space at a record pace! It is astonishing to Bitcoiners that regular people are preferring to get in the space through NFTs and that there is so much excitement and enthusiasm for NFTs. But hey, you can not fight or predict what the market will do.
With many celebrities getting into this space, it is obvious why many are looking to imitate their favorite stars. After all, that is why influencer culture is a thing used to promote goods.
According to Decrypt magazine, we list some of the most famous NFTs, mainly from the Bored Ape Yatch Club collection and their IRL owners;
Stephen Curry; 3 time NBA champion bought his Bored Ape NFT for about $180,000 worth of ETH at the time.
DJ Steve Aoki; The famous DJ holds eight Bored Ape NFTs and a couple of Mutant Apes, Doodles, with many more NFTs.
"Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon bought Bored Ape #599. It was purchased for about $224,000 worth of ETH
Rapper Eminem, a.k.a. Marshall Mathers; His Ape was purchased for $452,000 worth of ETH.
Serena Williams; 23-time Grand Slam tennis champion got the Bored Ape #5797 for about $414,000 worth of ETH.

It is no surprise that Opensea, the most popular trading marketplace for NFTs has beaten Uniswap (decentralized exchange) on Ethereum blockchain to have the biggest volume on the blockchain. Of course, affecting gas prices too!
So we expect more exponential growth in this sector in the near future as we haven’t even started with the capabilities of NFTs in music, real estate and the tokenization of the material world!
