PANIC! at a Cyber attack

The case for an increasing cyber attack on infrastructure and IOT (Internet of Things) is growing louder with little to no discourse on MSM to prepare the many.

It got the prepper side of me wondering what I would do in the event of an advanced EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) attack or a cyber apocalypse. If it occurs, it would leave any country/area with no electricity, no ATMs, few working vehicles, few functioning hospitals, no delivery of prescription medicines, or food or fresh water or sewage treatment. According to report by a defunded EMP commission, most of the U.S. population could be reduced to a lifestyle like that of the 1800s. The EMP Commission estimates a death toll of 90 percent of the population within one year, were something of this nature to happen.

The World Economic Forum has predicted that a single day without the internet could cost more than $50bn globally, even before considering the societal damage related to shutdown of essential services.

With the ongoing escalation of war time posturing and belligerent rhetoric, world leaders have been prepping for a cyber attack. My thin foil hat wearing brain says that maybe it is in anticipation of a false flag event?

It is obvious that the West/NATO alliance is looking for any and all means to turn the Ukraine war into a protracted conflict to cripple Russia or maybe an excuse for an all out World War III?

Putting all your eggs in one basket/technology will create the land of the blind and the person with one eye will be king. All that has to happen is a solar flare, EMP or a Cyber attack. I know people who never written a letter, used a dictionary, or long division. Scary

Less reliance on the internet and an increased awareness of what we are doing online..

It would not stop me from writing, just that I will write with no audience, in my journal with the comfort of making drastic mistakes that no one will see. LOL
