“Khaki no be leather”, a West African vernacular meaning Khaki is not Leather. In plain English it means, “All Fingers Are Not Equal.”

Our reasoning behind the name,

"Khaki & Leather", sounds like a safari gone wrong, but bear with me. This newsletter is all about mixing and matching ideas, nuanced perspectives and let's be honest, who doesn't love a good challenge?

First up, we have the trusty khaki pants. They've been around since the dawn of time (or at least it feels that way), and for good reason. They're comfortable, versatile, and come in a variety of shades to match any skin tone. But here's the twist, instead of pairing them with a plain t-shirt, why not switch it up with a leather jacket? That's right, a leather jacket. It'll add some edge to your look and make you feel like a Rockstar!

Next, let's talk about leather. It's been around since the dinosaurs (okay, not really, but you get the point). Leather is the epitome of cool. Whether it's a leather jacket, boots, or even a handbag, the material screams "I'm in charge!" But why settle for just any leather item? Why not take it up a notch with some leather pants? That's right, leather pants! They may not be practical, but they're definitely a conversation starter.
